The Fruit of the Spirit: The Spirit Helps Us Grow
A 9-session preschool curriculum for ages 2–5
Preschoolers are growing every day. They are learning to share, make friends, work through big feelings, solve problems, help others, and discover how deeply they are loved.
As they grow, God’s Spirit is growing something wonderful in and among them too.
Fruit of the Spirit: Growing with God’s Spirit is a nine-session preschool curriculum that introduces children ages 2–5 to love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
These are not simply nine rules for children to follow. They are signs of God’s Spirit at work, helping us become more like Jesus and teaching us how to live together with love and care.
Each session invites children into a Bible story through language they can understand, concrete examples, movement, repetition, play, and hands-on activities. Preschoolers will wonder together, create, pray, serve others, and add a new piece of fruit to a classroom tree each week.
As the tree fills with fruit, children receive a simple and hopeful reminder:
God’s Spirit is helping us grow.
