Common Ground Curriculum

Rooted in faith. Growing in love. Living in Hope.

Designed for kids, youth, and families alike, it meets people right where they are with resources built for real life. We believe in the sacred Scriptures—not just as stories of what happened long ago, but as a living word about what God is still doing here and now. Through engaging lessons and honest conversation, we help communities explore faith that matters today.

We’re still growing

Thank you for being here while we build something beautiful (and a little unfinished).
More curriculum and resources are on the way—crafted with care, tested in real life. Good things take time to grow.

Kids Curriculum

Wonder-filled lessons that invite young hearts to discover God’s love—and maybe get a little glitter on their hands.

Youth Curriculum

Honest conversations, big questions, and faith that meets teens right in the middle of their real lives.

Adult & Family Resources

Tools for home-based faith, meaningful conversations, and shared practices—because real life doesn’t stop at the church doors.

Why Common Ground?

Because we believe faith should feel like home—roomy, welcoming, and a little bit sacredly weird sometimes.

  • Theologically rich (but never stuffy)

  • Inclusive and accessible

  • Easy to use—no seminary degree required

  • Designed for real life: messy, beautiful, sacred, and sometimes silly

We’re here for the church basement moments, the Sunday morning chaos, the late-night campfire chats, and the bedtime faith talks.

Perspectives: Exploring Faith Through Curiosity and Conversation

\
Youth Curriculum
4 Sessions

Help students move beyond easy answers and discover the richness of Scripture through curiosity, conversation, and fresh perspectives. Instead of simply teaching Bible stories, this curriculum invites students to ask thoughtful questions, explore multiple perspectives, and discover how God continues to speak through familiar passages. Each lesson combines biblical study with hands-on activities, creative learning, small-group discussion, and personal reflection to help students connect Scripture with everyday life.

The Fruit of the Spirit

Lessons for Kids Ages 6-10
9 Sessions

Help students discover how God’s Spirit is growing love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control in and among us. This nine-session curriculum for kids ages 6–10 includes engaging Bible stories, hands-on activities, wondering questions, meaningful response practices, prayers, and ready-to-use printables. Rather than treating the Fruit of the Spirit as a list of rules, each lesson helps students recognize God’s Spirit at work in their lives, relationships, families, churches, schools, and communities.

About Common Ground Curriculum

We’re pastors, writers, and ministry leaders who’ve spent decades crafting resources that help churches and families grow together. People who’ve led youth groups in church basements and passed out snacks with sticky fingers.

We believe Scripture isn’t just about what happened—it’s about what’s still happening right now.
